(5 night minimum) $25/night per person over 6

12 % excise/transient tax and $125 out cleaning

$500 Refundable Security Deposit, If No Damage

5 Day, Weekly, Monthly, or longer Rentals
Available.
Cancellation Policy : Deposit refunded minus
20% handling charges, if notified in writing
within 45 days of your arrival.
Check in time is 3 PM or after and check out time
is 11AM
